Good morning everyone! I've been contemplating lately on what to post on the blog in the future. The consensus seems that photos are your favorite postings, so I'm sure we can accommodate that! Alas, I would like some input from the blog viewers on things you'd like to see posted. Be that more stories, collectibles, personal experiences, etc. YOU CHOOSE! With that, please send me a note on email or here in the comments section at the end of this posting...I look forward to hearing from all of you!!
Photo is of the G.O. Hangars in MSP, circa 1978

Hello everyone, We're coming to the end of the latest Pinnow Photo's! I'm staging this posting in two parts to accommodate the last of the photos today. Perhaps, soon, there will be more...and from other providers/collectors as well. Enjoy these, as I have and take care! :) Aircraft shown are N960N, N962N and N963N.

Hello everyone! I'm adding a wonderful photo of #545, after it's conversion from piston to 580 in Burbank. Notice the engines, propellers and 'half' Herman on the tail. :) Thank you to Dave DeBace for sending this in! Enjoy...and more Pinnow photos are on the way shortly. :)

Hello everyone, and Happy New Year! I was recently given a DVD copy of a wonderful little COLOR film from 1959 or 1960, provided by Bill Weill, through Dave DeBace. It shows the North Central operations at the old West Side Terminal and Hangars here in MSP, along with other long gone aircraft/airlines.
Aircraft shown are DC-3's, Convair 340/440's, a Viscount, DC-7, Electra and the first JET flight into MSP by a WAL B-707. (Look at those SHINY Convairs!). Do enjoy this great gem of aviation history!!!
